What is your shipping policy?

Due to the large size of The Paloma Teeter Totter, we must include the shipping cost at a flat rate. We've joined forces with shipping partners to ensure a safe and timely delivery.

If you're in the Los Angeles area, we're happy to arrange safe pick-up to avoid shipping costs and time. Please let us know before placing the order.

DOMESTIC

The Paloma Teeter Totter is shipped unassembled and flat packed via USPS Ground. Please expect a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks from date of order to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
